Report and Email Writing
Full day | Online or in person
Half day email-only version also available
Communicating in writing can be a very different skill to having a conversation. Your work might range from composing in depth
reports for projects to having days filled with emails coming and going. Whatever writing you're doing, you need to clearly put
across ideas to others in a way that they understand without the benefit of body language, inflection or you being present to
clarify details.
This course is aimed at anyone that need to write content as part of their roles. The content is as applicable to managers putting together complex reports as it is to team members who communicate with others over email. Parts of the course focus on the specific needs of different kinds of document, but the overall theme of the day is based around your own written style and balancing that with the needs of your audience to ensure your concepts are fully understood.
